- Maintain Networking infrastructure at both campuses Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components as needed
- Manage public IP updates in OpenDNS filtering
- Maintain Subsplash and Planning Center services & templates regularly
- Cloud Management
- Administer Microsoft, Google, Subsplash workspaces
- Campus Sync Systems
- cloud storage & Planning Center/ProPresenter libraries so every campus has the same files, graphics, and layouts
- Set processes for managing the Church's digital assets

- Documentation
- App Configuration (screens, lighting software, ProPresenter, ATEM, OBS)
PD Weekly Tasks
- Train volunteers for all Production Team roles
- Set up ProPresenter playlist templates
- making sure all lyrics for songs are imported and correct and translated to Spanish, ensuring song selections are in proper sequence (verse, chorus, bridge, etc.)
- Service transitions are setup & macros are configured correctly
Technical Director
This role focuses on the production team's execution during services & events.
- Build a working knowledge for all Production Team roles
- Oversee sound, lighting & media technicians during services
- Gain troubleshooting skills for campus systems
- Sound, livestream, lighting, media
- Be point of contact between worship team & production team
- Help check & update training manuals & procedures
- Coordinate volunteers for events & special occasions
Media Director
This role manages the content creation pipeline for the content Reach Church produces.
MD Weekly Tasks
- before Sunday, create ProPresenter playlist for Sundays
- acquire and assemble media items such as
- announcement video, announcement slides, and kids topic/verse slides.
- assemble sermon presentation with related graphics and scripture slides
- acquire and assemble media items such as
- Recording Uploads (after service)
- Trim down the full-service live stream video to just worship
- Upload/trim sermon-only recording to
- YouTube (unlisted)
- Subsplash (private)
- Sermon Shot
- Edit audio only version of sermon and upload as podcast to Spreaker & Subsplash (attached to video media item)
- Upload to Subsplash as the audio
- Will have to make some custom thumbnails for the Subsplash uploads
(Media team will finish Description and graphics before publishing)
