Incoming RESI Stream - Liberty

Turning on the RESI Decoder

If nothing is on the right screen, the decode may be turned off. You can go to the rack in the middle of the booth, look at the bottom most black box, and there is a taped over power button. You can feel and press it, fans should spin and a light will turn on.

After about 2 minutes, the right screen will have what you need!

Preparing the RESI Event & Stream Cue

  1. On the RESI Decoder's monitor, go to the Events page
  2. Double click the service you'd like to see, and confirm your selection, by allowing the local cache to be cleared
    • You may choose an old service for testing
    • or if after 9:20am, today's service (you can tune into Worship Practice)
  3. Go to the Cues page
    • A cue is a marker at a time in the video, its easy to jump to cues and start playback
    • The broadcast campus, may add cues you can use, contact that team for more info
    • If needed, go in the video to a good cue point, add a description like Last Song and press Add Cue
  4. Wait for the last song of service and add a cue at a good transition point to "go into it"

INFO Along with the offering will be a lower thirds graphic, that serves as a great visual indicator

  1. You are done in RESI and can now look at Propresenter,
    • the Asheboro Video Feed presentation will show the incoming stream, start the playback, and adjust the stage lighting
    • the last slide of the presentation will stop the stream & restore the lighting

INFO Incoming audio is mixed at the broadcast campus, you only have total volume and minor EQ adjustments on the receiving end
